The Philpos have been committed to giving a child or children a loving home. In 2006, they began their adoption journey which ended in heartbreak. Crystal and Michael have fostered 11 children. They have adopted 2 sons, both of whom came to them as infants. Crystal is a long-term employee in Human Resources at Ford Motor Company.
